We often hear how science is not connected enough with the economy and how very high knowledge remains in articles and books, instead of intensively flowing into entrepreneurial projects with the highest added value. That is why the ScienceJam science entrepreneurship competition was created, where scientific projects with market potential compete.
ScienceJam has already had one very successful season behind it as a high school competition, and this year, it is expanding into the field of higher education, where students from Slovenian universities and other higher education institutions will compete.
So far, the ScienceJam team has been primarily concerned with content, and much less with social media and online visibility. We are now fixing this as we have set up a Facebook page. I know, you will say that we are quite late. It’s true, we also believe that it would be better if we did it earlier. But better late than never, says the old wisdom. That is why we are now sharing our Facebook page with you, where we will publish news and spread it from there throughout the metaverse that is sure to come.
