12 teachers from Brezovica Primary School, Dobrova Primary School, IG Primary School and Veliki Gaber Primary School participated in the Entrepreneurship Academy organized by the Technology Park Ljubljana as part of the PoMP program. After successfully completing the academy, two participants were selected and will be taken to the Norwegian city of Trondheim in September 2023 for an internship exchange.
The Academy of Entrepreneurship enabled teachers to acquire knowledge and tools with which they will be able to empower their students and provide them with useful knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship. The education was free of charge for the teachers, as it was financed from the Norwegian financial mechanisms. The academy program consisted of several modules covering topics such as entrepreneurship, business canvas, idea generation, market research, solutions and UVP, marketing and sales, finance, prototyping, presentation, money management and event organization.
After finishing the academy, the teachers received a link to the material for transferring knowledge to students, which is available at https://akademija.pomp-ng.si/.
The academy was led by Lojze Bertoncelj, master of business content, consultant and mentor in the areas of corporate innovation and lean and agile methods of development of startup companies.
The Academy took place over three days in the month of May at the Technology Park on the following dates:
- 5/5/2023 from 13:00 to 19:00,
- 6/5/2023 from 09:00 to 13:00,
- 13/05/2023 from 09:00 to 13:00.
