Supporting first steps into the world of entrepreneurship

At the heart of our Sasha Incubator, the pulse of creativity beats, and it is among our youngest and brightest minds that we hear this pulse loudest. We spend a lot of time with them, building bridges between them and the world of entrepreneurship at events like Startup Day and Startup Weekend. It’s where new ideas are born and their world is full of innovation.

At these events, young people tackle the challenges of the entrepreneurial world while developing key skills such as creativity, problem solving and teamwork. Through interactive workshops, mentoring and challenges, they learn the basics of entrepreneurship and, without exception, see themselves in a new and different light. Stepping outside their comfort zone, they discover their untapped potential and find a path towards independence and responsibility, which are key values for a successful entrepreneurial journey.

There are more and more young people who want to step out of the shadows and become the creators of their own lives, and it is crucial that we support them to help create generations who believe in their ideas, are aware of their potential and dare to create the future they want.

It is vital that we continue to support these young people and build an environment where their creativity can flourish freely. In doing so, we are not only shaping the future of entrepreneurship, but also promoting sustainable growth and leaving our mark on the path to a successful and innovative generation ready to take on the challenges of the future.
